CRIME PREVENTION MODEL LAW 20.393
In the permanent organizational commitment to develop measures and policies according to the new legal challenges, Cooke Chile has implemented its Crime Prevention Model by Law No. 20.393, which regulates the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, and implemented a series of Policies and Procedures that together with the Code of Ethics seek to ensure compliance with the ethical principles of the Company and reduce the risk of committing acts that could constitute acts of non-compliance.
The Code of Ethics demonstrates the commitment of Cooke Chile to maintain high ethical principles in the development of our operation so that our behavior complies with them and with the laws that regulate our activity. In this way, it seeks to become a behavioral guide for all workers regarding their functions, responsibilities, and rights.
Within these Policies and Procedures, the whistleblower channel is established. This channel will allow any employee, customer, supplier, public official, or person who witnesses a breach of the provisions of the Code of Ethics and/or Crime Prevention Model to report it through the Whistleblower Channel in its various forms, i.e., by telephone, through a web form, or via email.

What is a reportable incident?
If you experience or witness incidents of wrongdoing, we invite you to report your concern to us. If reported, we can investigate and act upon it if required.
No limits exist on the type of misconduct you can report through this channel; all reports are valued. These include but are not limited to:
Crimes
- Money Laundering
- Financing of Terrorism
- Bribery of public officials
- Receipt
- Private Corruption
- Misappropriation
- Fishing Law Offenses (water pollution, illegal fishing)
- Incompatible Negotiation
- Ordering people with sanitary restrictions to go to work
- Trafficking in persons
Transgressions to the Code of Ethics of Cooke Chile such as:
- Non-compliance with the Code of Ethics
- Non-compliance with the Crime Prevention Model.
- Conflict of interest

If you provide us with a contact email, we will send you the tracking number of your complaint. This will allow us to contact you in case we need more information, and you can also follow up on the complaint.
